Raised in a family passionate about health and psychology, Dr. Ilya Skolnikoff — founder of Triad of Health Family Healing Center in San Rafael, California — was naturally drawn to understanding the mind-body connection and the hidden causes behind chronic illness.
After personally overcoming burnout, environmental toxicity, and fatigue through natural therapies, he devoted his life to helping others experience the same transformation. Today, he integrates functional medicine, applied kinesiology, acupuncture, and nutritional science to uncover and resolve the true root causes of fatigue, pain, and hormonal imbalance — restoring lasting health without drugs or surgery.
Over the years, Dr. Skolnikoff has been recognized internationally for his leadership in holistic and functional medicine — receiving distinctions from the CNN Center, University of Oxford, Royal Society of Medicine, and University of Cambridge.
